Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the curator of a museum shall apply to the Heritage Committee in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Heritage Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
