Surrender of certificate.—Every central recordkeeping agency who ceases to carry on the keeping of records of subscribers shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
