Application for registration.—Every central recordkeeping agency carrying on the keeping of records of subscribers shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 11, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
