Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the central recordkeeping agency shall apply to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 13 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
