Application for registration.—Every party to an arbitration agreement carrying on the reference of disputes to arbitration shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every interim order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
