Intimation of change.—Every licensed porter shall intimate to the Railway Claims Tribunal, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
