Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed porter who ceases to carry on the carriage of luggage by a licensed porter shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
