Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the proper officer by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form GSTR-3B; and the proper officer shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty days of its receipt.
