Intimation of change.—Every taxable person shall intimate to the proper officer, in Form GSTR-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the proper officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
