Grant of certificate of registration.—The proper officer shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form GST RFD-01 within thirty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every register of stock stated in the application.
