Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pre-school shall intimate to the Board of Secondary Education, in Form G and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Secondary Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
