Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pre-school who ceases to carry on the running of a pre-school shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Secondary Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
