Application for registration.—Every operator of a dam carrying on the operation of a dam in an emergency shall make an application for registration to the National Authority in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every relief material held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
