Surrender of certificate.—Every railway administration who ceases to carry on the working of a railway shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
