Application for registration.—Every person residing in a prohibited area carrying on residence in a prohibited area shall make an application for registration to the Defence Estates Officer in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of contractors held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
