Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensed porter shall apply to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Divisional Railway Manager shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
