Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a licensed activity shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Nodal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
