Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form VI and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
