Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine within a forest who ceases to carry on mining within a forest area shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
