Safe custody.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall keep every seized article to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of a place of public resort is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every seized article so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Licensing Authority within ten days of the close of each year.
