Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres who ceases to carry on the use of land for manoeuvres shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
