Application for registration.—Every ombudsman under a scheme carrying on the resolution of complaints under a scheme shall make an application for registration to the Arbitration Council in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of arbitrators held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
