Safe custody.—Every insurance intermediary shall keep every cover note to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of an insurance intermediary is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-2 the description of every cover note so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days of the close of each year.
