Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance intermediary who ceases to carry on the business of an insurance intermediary shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every endorsement held by him has been disposed of.
