Surrender of certificate.—Every subscriber who ceases to carry on the use of a telecommunication service shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every interconnection agreement held by him has been disposed of.
