Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the subscriber shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
