Intimation of change.—Every private body funded by a public authority shall intimate to the Lokpal, in Form F and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Lokpal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
