Application for registration.—Every insurance marketing firm carrying on the marketing of insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form IRDA-4, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every proposal form held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
