Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying employees who ceases to carry on the supply of employees to an establishment shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every register of members held by him has been disposed of.
