Intimation of change.—Every auctioneer shall intimate to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
