Intimation of change.—Every pension disbursing bank shall intimate to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, in Form 19 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
