Application for registration.—Every pension disbursing bank carrying on the disbursement of pensions shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 13, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every remittance challan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
