Safe custody.—Every point of sales person shall keep every policy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sale of insurance products at a point of sale is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-3 the description of every policy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Haryana within forty-five days of the close of each year.
