Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the open access consumer shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
