Intimation of change.—Every open access consumer shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form I and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
