Surrender of certificate.—Every diagnostic laboratory who ceases to carry on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 21 of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
