Intimation of change.—Every diagnostic laboratory shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form 41 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
