Surrender of certificate.—Every credit rating agency who ceases to carry on the rating of securities shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Depository in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every contract note held by him has been disposed of.
