Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the teacher shall apply to the Director of Education in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
