Safe custody.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall keep every dispute to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every dispute so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chairperson of the Council within forty-five days of the close of each year.
