Application for registration.—Every electronic commerce operator carrying on the operation of an electronic commerce platform shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GSTR-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every invoice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
