Intimation of change.—Every electronic commerce operator shall intimate to the Authority for Advance Ruling, in Form GSTR-1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
