Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
