Application for registration.—Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application for registration to the State Executive Committee in Form C, within one day of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of shelters held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
