Surrender of certificate.—Every supplier of relief materials who ceases to carry on the storage of relief materials shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Executive Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every evacuation plan held by him has been disposed of.
