Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the supplier of relief materials shall apply to the State Executive Committee in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the State Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
