Intimation of change.—Every duty free shop operator shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form GSTR-3B and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
