Safe custody.—Every operator of an online education platform shall keep every admission register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the imparting of education by electronic means is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every admission register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Education within sixty days of the close of each year.
