Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the promoter shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
