Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a printing press shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Form VII and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
